HELP!!!
My Lumie alarm clock has stopped working and although I don't need it this time of year and am using a normal alarm clock I need to know if I can fix it before shelling out £100 + on a new one. There is nothing obviously wrong: I set alarm time as usual and everything is set as always i.e. dawn time and beep on but the dawn or the alarm does not work. The light works if I turn it up and down manually. It is as if the alsrm function is just not triggering. I have tried the good old fashioned "on and off" but as there is a hidden back-up battery I cannot completed re-boot it. Anyone any ideas?

Please give the Lumie Crealine a ring on 01954 780500. They might be able to fix it over the phone for you or if it's less than 2 years old we can repair it under warranty. By the way, it's best if you use it all year - why would you want to wake up feeling great for only half the year?!
