Hace any of you had Cognitive behavoural therapy (CBT) to help treat your SAD? I was referred for treatment 2 1/2 years ago on NHS and have only just got my first appointment through for middle of Sept. Did you find that CBT helped?

I was just wondering the same. I had a terrible year last year an would like to catch it before it gets started this time!
