i got the bodyclock 300 and love the light and music/sound functions, however there is an irritating noise from the bodyclock when it's off but plugged into the mains. it's a bit like a running noise you might get from a cheap radio. it jsut means i'm really aware of a machine beside me which contradicts the whole point of having the bodyclock - to help me relax! has anyone else noticed this or do you think it's a problem with my clock?
many thanks for your assistance

its normal, its called white noise and its designed to help you to sleep by masking outside noises, sounds a bit like rushing water. You can turn it off, you need to check in the instructions how. I have the bodyclock 200 and it has the same feature.

I think the white noise setting is really useful for some people, sadly, all it does for me is give me a headache!
