Hi Ciccone,

Welcome. Sorry to hear you are having a bad time. Do you think you have SAD? Do you feel this way every winter time? Do you have a lightbox?? Would be lovely to hear more about you and the symptoms you are experiencing. Just to let you know that this forum is very supportive to people how need it and we can all give you lots of advice and support so do get in touch soon.

it started last november when i came off my meds ciparmil 60mg a day. i came them off after 8 years straight off them. a week later i didnt feel right. i went to see my gp went back on them, few days later i tried to knife myself 4 times. tuk a over dose. the last time i was in hospitial was june of this year. i have a mental health care worker. i have my first appointment this comin tuesday with physcolgist. should of seen him the monday wots just gone, but just recovered from swine flu. this morning i wasnt feelin 100 per cent. i have no idea wots going on.
