Hi Sleepybird

Great avatar.

Physically I'm defeinitely sinking rapidly, however, I'm feeling fairly stable emotionally due to improvements in my circumstances this year - uni going very well, interesting new job, and meeting many awesome people.

Love to one and all xXx

Hi BWAD! Thank you, my avatar was inspired by my own lovebird who seems to spend alot of time asleep in the winter!

I am feeling much better than this time last year, as i am now doing martial arts in the evenings on some nights (I started about a year ago). Its fantastic as it gives me something to focus on and go out for, instead of before when i just used to sit indoors and think how depressing it is outside. My job has also improved dramatically in the last year. So things are improving but still feel a tad like 'here we go again' whren i put the clocks back!xxxxx
