Have also just come accross these tablets. Does anyone use these? From what I understand of S.A.D it is the lack of seratone that causes the problem?

I can't understand why these things don't work for me, especially when they work for so many other people, oh! I know about the saying that some things work for some and not for others but I just wish I could find something that worked for me.

Just want to correct my comment above. I have since stopped taking these as I found that they made me hyper and with a strange headache above my eyes.

The headache stopped and I went back to normal as soon as I stopped taking them. I am getting good results from my light box and dawn simulator.
