Dear Friends

Please don't miss the One Show on BBC Television this Thursday 5th November 2009 (7 to 7.30) when Beverley Bunting will share her experiences of Seasonal Affective Disorder with Gyles Brandreth.

She is talking about Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D) which she has suffered since she came back from Australia in 1974.

I promise you wan't be disappointed.

If you don't get to see it on Thursday you can view it online after Thursday on http://www.bbc.co.uk/theoneshow/index.shtml

Please would you pass this information via email and text to all your friends, family and associates particularly those who suffer from the depressive symptoms of SAD during the wintertime.

Regards

Kerris Bunting
