I personally think the SAD lights should be cheaper as not everyone can afford this and the NHS doesnt recognise SAD as an illness.

The NHS does recognise SAD as an illness but I agree about SAD lights being too expensive, I certainly couldnt afford to buy one at the moment.

Some of the sad lights on this site are excellent, I just wish they were a bit cheaper!

Thanks for showing interest in this topic. Some of the things you have said already have given me a few ideas. I have a list of questions to ask. Please feel free to elaborate on any of them. The more information I receive the better :) Thanks in advance

How does Seasonal Affective Disorder affect you?

Are you taking any medication for the condition?

Have you tired ay therapy techniques?

Have you ever tried light therapy?

If no, why? Would you consider it?

Are there any problems you've discovered with light therapy?

Do you think the expensive pricing of light boxes is justified?

How often do you use light boxes?

Would you use them if they were free on the NHS?

If sessions were available for private in salon's for example, would you consider going to them?

I get very tired in the evening anything from 4pm onwards. Have difficulty getting up in the mornings unless the sun shining.

Feel very anxious and depressed.

I take escitalopram for this and have done for a few years.

Ive never tried therapy, would love to try light therapy if it was available on the NHS.

Yes I do think they are way overpriced!

Yes I would love to have the use of them like we do sunbeds, I was making this point the other day. I think alot of people would use them.

I hope thats been of some help to you :)
