I am not sure if its because I have had this week off on my own but does anyone one else feel this week has been a bad week for Sad?? The Citalopram does not appear to work as well as last winter but at least its prevented my panic attacks ;-)
Been dreaming of summer holidays!

Ive had to drag myself out of bed all this week, the kids seem to be suffering from the dark mornings too. I think because we had quite a few sunny mornings last week it feels much worse when it suddenly turns.

True, the weather has been windy too which stresses me out! Also I have been craving all the bad foods this week. Feeling hungry and getting my usual winter headaches! Here we go again ;-)

You aren't on your own, girl! I've been struggling to get out of bed, eating anything I can lay my hands on, you know how it goes.

Bizzarely, I have been beating my dawn simulator alarm clock regularly in the last two weeks, typically surfacing at around 0710.

I'm sure it is all tied in with the new postie job, making me feel so much better than I was during five months JSA (after complete company liquidation).

Granted, I have aching legs and feet from walking ~6 miles a day, but this feels much better than the normal wooly/lethargic me at this time of year!

yeah I also felt bad last week too, I think it is the weather and how changable its been.

Windy weather always makes me feel anxious for some reason and the constant changing weather makes me worse so you arent alone.

I was coping till Saturday lunchtime, but it hit me then. i don't know if it's because there were a couple of stressy things at the weekend difficult meetings at work tomorrow.

Trying to just have a calm time at home as much as I can. Trying to get some stuff done at home so that I feel I've achieved something.

It's really hard getting up in the morning. I usually surface a couple of minutes before the audible alarm on my dawn simulator, but this morning it was the audible that woke me not the lamp.

GOing to up my medication slightly, hopefully will be able to do it slowly so that I don't get too many side effects. We'll see.

Also bad for me last week. I thought I was doing really well this year, no big brain flips yet, all quite mild etc... until Sunday morning- BAM- there is was, irrational, really messed up in the head, feeling really down. I should have seen the warning signs during the week, eating loads, feeling really tired etc... Feeling ok now, just a bit flat and exhausted from it all!!

Well today I've felt the worst in weeks and not surprisingly its the worst weather today. It was dark at 3.30pm and I feel highly anxious and feel as though Im about to burst into tears. I hate this feeling so much, I thought I was doing so well doped up to the eyeballs with vitamins a-z! but obviously not. I just hate this so much.

Been struggling a bit this week, not feeling so alive at time to leave for work time. However, some of this is my own stupidity, as I have only been using the Brightspark so far, instead of the Pharos Max (which currently does not have an easy setup point to be left permanently)!

Postie round is still helping me wake up from mid morning to mid afternoon though, even on the overcast and rainy days... Seen at least six rainbows this week, with two of them being concentric doubles and one side-by-side.
