Is it true that broad spectrum tubes are safer on the eyes than daylight spectrum becuase there is less blue light which is linked to macular degeneration? - I'm trying to decide which light to buy for SAD.
Any opinions on which to buy would be welcome, I plan to use a lightbox in the early mornings at home
