Hi - I'm wondering if any of you feel better on sunny days. We've had 2 days of sunshine in a row, but I don't feel any better, which I thought I would. Still really exhausted and anxious. Anyone else like this? Thanks.

Hi Cathy, I generally feel a bit better on sunny days but not always, sometimes I feel anxious too. Maybe there's a different quality to the light in winter, plus there's no warmth.
