Hi - just found this message board. I've been using my SADlight for a few winters now, for about an hour each day. I'm not feeling the benefits so much this year and am constantly tired. Should I be using it for longer periods?

Hi Emma, Depending on the Lux level of the ight box you have as to how long to use each day, using for longer is a good start, it is possible that the bulbs might need changing in your light Box, as bulbs do deteriorate and hence this might be the reason why you are not getting quite the same results as previously experienced, we do suggest the light bulbs are changed every two years to keep up maximum benefits, best to give us a ring so that we can check when the purchase was made to see if this could be the answer or we may have some other suggestions.
