hi there.. just wondering if anyone has used there lightbox with antidepressants ( is it safe i am on 20mg citalopram ) and i've bought a lightbox ( britebox ) how long should i stay on the lightbox for?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

I use my lightbox and anti-depressants (Sertraline) all the time and to be honest I need both since the weather has been so poor these last few years.

Yes, it's fine to use the lightbox with antidepressants, I did both last winter, I took citalopram too, just 10mg. You shouldn't use the light box with St John's Wort though, as it makes your eyes more sensitve - so I've read.

Has any one tried anti-depressant generic elavil http://www.internationaldrugmart.com/elavil.html with light box.

franktom.....I see this is a website to buy Amitriptyline (as it's called in UK) but just to confirm, I wouldn't recommend anyone just buying any anti-depressants over the net. It's best to get your medication from your doctor to make sure it's safe enough to do so.

Below is the side effects so can't see any mention of the drug causing photo-sensitivity so should be ok to combine with your lighbox but could always check with your GP, doesn't hurt to. Hope this helps :-)

Sorry just read it again to notice the drug may cause photo-sensitivity so maybe a chat with GP would be advisable??
