HI SLEEPY, I PERSONALLY TAKE MY CITALOPRAM
EACH MORNING AT BREAKFAST, ITS PESONAL
CHOICE, I DONT THINK IT MATTERS WHEN YOU TAKE
IT, IVE BEEN ON IT SINCE JANUARY, AND IVE FOUND
ITS HELPED WITH MY SAD, ALONG WITH CBT.
HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU. DEBBIE.

I think it is usually prescribed for taking in the morning but my worst problem is sleeping so i am wondering whether taking it in the evening will help
