. . . Ok. I joined this forum a year ago and I didn't realise that so many people felt the same as I did. Once the clocks went forward everything was fine but oh no once again I have had to return to this site to talk with the only people that understand exactly how I feel. I started using a lamp three years ago and last year I used it way too late but a months holiday in January to Australia helped me so much. This year I have started using my lamp mid September after a weeks break in Sardinia but you know what? As I can't afford to go to Australia or anywhere in the southern hemisphere this year the panic is now kicking in and I just don't know or even want to handle these crazy feelings again. They are so draining. I get mentally exhausted just worrying about the things I know I can't control. I'm so glad you guys are here though. Hopefully if we all stick together we can once again survive the dreaded dark, cold and suppressive months ahead. X

Hi Brighstar - i to have found this site to be such a great help over the last couple of years. Its comforting to be able to share how you are feeling and read what others are going through.
I bet going to Australia in January was great.
