Ok, the dreaded clock change has happened and we SAD lot are preparing ourselves for another miserable winter.
Well, I have armed myself with a Lumie light, it's probably the most expensive risk I have ever taken. I'm not sure if it's going to help but I err on the side of 'nothing ventured, nothing gained,' I'll keep you posted!!

Good luck Babs. The light is definitely a lifesaver for me. I've been using it with St. John's Wort this year and my SAD symptoms are next to non-existing (bloody miracle).
