It would be helpful if people could avoid using this thread for general chat and discussion, as many of us can't cope with a lot of that in the winter.

It's easier for us if we can just see what the website is about/topic. Please put the topic or general subject of the website/resource/information you have found first and then the web address into the message text. I've got a couple, so will set the ball rolling.

Remember no superfluous nattering! I can't cope with long threads!

Useful website for finding out how many hours daylight. YOu can use it to find out how much light there is in the place you are planning for a winter holiday.

Many of us have sleep problems. I saw a programme a few months ago about tackling different sleep problems, did anyone catch it?

Anyway, here's a useful summary of steps you can take you help yourself. Not keen on the no napping idea, although it's so true.
