My sad has kicked in big time this month, i spent most of saturday crying not even for any real reason.
I didnt do my light over the xmas period and i really think this was a big mistake for me as up until then i had been coping ok with it.
I have now started to use my light again and upped how long i am using it for i really hope it helps soon.
Im looking forward to the brighter days.

Hi lillylou, i feel totally the same as you. January has been a nightmare;tearful, miserable, tired and grumpy just doesn't cover it! Its been a horrible winter, dark and cloudy, the worst i can remember for bringing on SAD. Hopefully the days will get lighter soon and a bit sunnier. Look after yourself, turn the lightbox up to max and don't put pressure on yourself to feel 'normal'. It will come right in a few weeks. all the best.x

Hey - I am the same :( January is my worst month :( I feel so tired, lethargic and have found everything such a struggle.

Dear All

Sorry to hear you have been feeling so down

Do not know why but I have not been too bad - maybe it is the fact that I had a week off work and spent a lot of time outside that helped

Hang on in there - the clocks have been changed and hopefully things will improve for you shortlyt
