OK- I've been doing this light therapy thing for over 7 years...
BUT- I've never really "missed" a morning yet- until today. We were off at a hotel waterpark, forgot the lightbox, and didn't want to drive back to get it. No big deal I figure. But now I have to get up in 6 hours :( (and I'm very pregnant) and can't sleep AT ALL!!!! :x
Has anyone else experienced this- missing a light session and then not sleeping? What do you do then? :?:
I just tried doing a 10 minute session- but that woke me up even more. This stinks!!!! I can't take anything- no benadryl or Ambien or anything!!!
AAAAaaaahhhh!
Thanks for your support-
