I've been using my litepod for about 10 weeks and haven't noticed any difference at all and am starting to suspect it will not work for me, boo hoo. :( I'll carry on using it for the rest of March but if there's no noticeable improvement by then I won't carry on with it. In which case I'd like it to have a good home. I could sell it on ebay but I don't believe in paying good money to the post office so they can lose yet another one of my parcels so I'll probably just give it away. So if anyone would like a free litepod please let me know. I'm not posting it because I don't want to spend any more money on it, so whoever wants it has to come and pick it up from where I live, in Hastings.

Hi uuuurrrghh

Yes please, I may be interested. Have just decided that the symptoms of overwhelming tiredness and depression that i have had for many years could be due to SAD althought the only time i get relief is when i am abroad in the sun, and then am not sure whether that is because i am taking it easy or if it is the sunshine. Could you tell me which type of box it is, i am new to all this.

thanks Julia

It's a litepod, a small version of a lightbox. You can use it on your desk while using your computer. Recommended use is an hour or so a day. See here;
http://www.detoxyourworld.com/acatalog/lightboxes.html
Although small it supposedly packs the same punch as a bigger unit, although not in my case. I'm quite new to this as well so any other questions are probably best directed to those who have had some success. If you're still interested pm me.
