Well interesting day today, I seem to be recharging the batteries, but it will be a flash in the Wok. So in this eye of the storm Im pushing to get things doen at home like cleaning up :x :x

When I was nealy evicted a while back I packed things all ready to put in storage, so today Im unpacking 12 boxes of books and put on some new racks i made :? I hope my woodwork is good the lot must weight a ton, opps whats that sound  no kidding

not quite sure to make of today, mind you I've been sleeping a lot over this week and perhaps this semi hibernation has done something, properly go back later today.

Ive decided in any comming back after death. depending on what faith you follow I want to be a BEAR and get left to hibernate during the Winter. :D

I know that over the last few weeks I have been using more "aromas" like incense and in last few days started putting esential oils in my bedroom. Not only smells nice but a calming effect is produced, not sure if this is helping or not, but interesting eh :!:
Well another week is nearly upon us! what will it bring :?:

Hey you guys - you all sound might perky at the mo - can't be the weather with the disgusting rain we are having!! Don't tell me you are all chuffed about the bleeding rugby. I made my escape and went and did some retail therapy!! Much better fun I reckon!!

On another post I read Julie's query about polls - Donna I am just as IT phobic and have't even done the blood one cos when I click on it my brain goes: "ok what now? How do I do this and what is by blood type anyway??!!" And then I start pining for the lightbox (only kidding!!)

Dawn
Keep smiling!!

I must admit I feel unusualy cheerful for this time of year.
I have been more disciplined with my light visor and have doubled the time from 1/2 hr to 1 hr every morning.
I also brought a dawn simulator which I have been using for about 10 days.
I also got myself a puppy to walk twice a day, and I am on citalopram
and I help out at the school twice a week.
Maybe this is the answer for me :D
perhaps I have found my cure :D
I'd still like to move to Australia thou 8)
