Ok so it's an old & worn subject but - has anyone found ways of using a lightbox and NOT getting sore eyes?

I was fine initially on 1 hr per day but since mid last month have had to go up to 2. Usually 1 early morning & 1 early evening - though with all the sun we've had recently I've been getting out in that & hoping I don't need the second hour. It can't last. Anyway, with the second hour of use comes the sore eyes. Help?

Hi Sharon,

You lucky thing to be able to get out in the sun ;-) I am cooped up in an office and can only look out of the window, boo hoo :-(

I have also been suffering with sore eyes since increasing my daily bright light, so I wait with much anticipation for a reply to your question.

Regards Paula :-)
