Yes it's raining, heavily. The clouds are nearly black not good weather for saddies but i need to keep up my exercise regime otherwise I'll go downhill quickly.......... hum........ :(
It's perfect weather though for my favourite exercise, cross country cycling or mountain biking (without mountains) in other words! Its a brilliant solution for me as i can be ten again and cycle through all sorts of mud :) blast down bumpy tracks and my concentration is taken with keeping me from falling off or mentally complaining about steep hills rather than the bloody awful weather! It gets me out when I would rather be here under the lamp and is definitley recommended, if you have ever thought about it do give it a go!
Best wishes to all but the sun is shining,my arse!

Hi Siddy
It's a great idea of yours to do these sport activities. I am always complaining about the area I live in not having any good areas to walk etc. This Cambridge area is quite flat to the rest of the country so we don't have any interesting country footpaths to go to!

Anyway, I prefer to stay out of this weather and hide and have some lightbox!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Keep cycling Siddy!!!

Take care all

Love Donnax
