I recently bought one of your light boxes to be used by my wife to counter the symptoms of SAD from which she appeared to be suffering.

There was an immediate difference in her, increased vitality and a more cheerful state being the most dramatic changes but a condition that she suffered from about 10 years ago, Sarcoidosis, has just flared up again.

Can you tell me if there is any link between the use of the light box and this particular illness?

Swerdna ~ perhaps you should email your query to info@outsidein.co.uk as you say you bought the light box from them. They might have more information and be able to answer your question immediately. Alternatively you could ring them up, they are very helpful indeed on the telephone +44 (0)1954 211 955.

Now that the better weather and sunshine have arrived, people are visiting the forum less frequently and you might be waiting quite a while for an answer!
