Had an Advance 2000 for about three years when it developed a fault. After Emailing Lumie and trying their suggestions without success, I did as they advised and packed it up and returned it to them. Within days they telephoned me to tell me the problem and cost of putting it right (which was a lot less than I expected)and I agreed for them to proceed. The same day I received an Email to tell me the repair had been carried out and that it had already been put in the post to be returned to me. 2 days later I received my clock safely in perfect working order. Thats what I call service. WELL DONE LUMIE.

I had a similar experience a few years ago. Perfect service.
