Hello
Does anybody use any of the wake up lights with their partner, and is it possible to do so if you wake ay different times? Our working patterns are different, so I suspect that any benefit from making with the light might be cancelled out by having the light wake your partner when you're not yet ready to wake!
Thanks.

Hi Sheps,
I use a dawn simulator alarm (Set to 6.10) and it does not seem to affect my husband who does not get up until I leave for work (7.15). I have even known him to sleep through the alarm (set to tweeting birds)should I have been up before the alarm sounds. As he is probably not ready to get up at that time it doesn't seem to affect him. He's not phased by other alarms either.
