Very impressed that after ordering my bodyclock 200 alarm clock and brightspark lamp yesterday at 11am, it arrived at 3.30 this afternoon!

I am trying the brightspark lamp now for the first time and after half an hour I can already notice I am feeling more energised. I don't suffer with SAD (or if I do I am undiagnosed), but I have trouble waking up in the morning and low energy throughout the day during winter.

Here is hoping that it does work :)
