Published on Tue 11 Dec 2007

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As of December 20, and for the first time at an airport, passengers will be offered, at both Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports, a complimentary initiation to light therapy to help them restore their stamina before taking off!

Passengers will be able to try out this new well-being technique which helps reduce the effects of jet-lag and winter blues. The programme offered by Aéroports de Paris (Pink Sheets:AEOPF) (Paris:ADP) boutiques consists of fixed light therapy areas as well as mobile teams for "express" sessions in boarding lounges.

As of January 2008, Be Relax sales points will offer "anti-jet lag" massages and light therapy products at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

As of December 20, Aéroports de Paris boutiques will offer passengers at Paris-Orly (terminal Ouest) and at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (terminal 2E) a rest area equipped with Philips "Energy Light" and with relaxation chairs.

In this real "cocoons of light", a team of experts hired by Aéroports de Paris boutiques will offer passengers an initiation to light therapy as well as massages in a musical environment

Guidelines to fight jetlag:

A one-hour light therapy session per day for the first three days of the trip to help the body clock adjust to the new local time.

The exposure should take place late afternoon for a westward trip and in the morning for an eastward trip.
