SAD support group in Cambridgeshire
Hunts Mind is a mental health charity based in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire offering advice and support to people living in the Huntingdon area suffering with mental health problems. One of their service users asked about setting up a SAD support group and that's what they've done.
The group will will be run by two SAD sufferers and will meet to provide support and information to sufferers to help them to manage their SAD symptoms. There will be information about light therapy and even the chance to try out one of our Pharos Max lightboxes. Outside of the meetings, they'll be able to offer help and advice via email.
