PROMOTING COMPANY: Outside In (Cambridge) Ltd., which trades as Lumie (‘Sponsor’).

ADMINISTRATIVE AND REGISTERED OFFICE: Outside In (Cambridge) Ltd. 3 The Links, Trafalgar Way, Bar Hill, Cambridge CB23 8UD.

TERRITORY: United Kingdom & Northern Ireland; Channel Islands excluded.

PRODUCT: Promotion for Lumie Bodyclock range.

TARGET: Fans of the ‘Lumie’ Facebook page. Participation in the free prize-draw is open to residents in the United Kingdom who are 18 or older and registered on Facebook.

DURATION: From 26th October until 14th December 2012. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Free Prize Draw.

PRIZES: One (1) Dream Morning and thirty-seven (37) Lumie Bodyclock Active. The Dream Morning includes return travel for entrant and their chosen friend from UK mainland to destination of choice, staying overnight in accommodation closest to entrant’s selection, breakfast closest to entrant’s selection, providing materials for the entrant’s theme selection, and an activity closest to entrant’s selection. The Sponsor will endeavour to match the winning entrant’s selection as closely as possible. The Sponsor’s decision is final.

Submission of an entry constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

This Free Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used as provided in Sponsor's privacy policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Free Prize Draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland (excluding Channel Islands) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Officers, directors, employees and immediate family members (including, without limitation, those persons living in the same household) of the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter the Free Prize Draw or win a prize. Entry in this Free Prize Draw does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or game. Entrants agree to abide by these official Free Prize Draw rules (the ‘Official Rules’).

2. TIMING

The Free Prize Draw commences at or about 09.00am Greenwich Meridian Time on Friday 26th October 2012 and ends at or about 17.00pm on Friday 14th December 2012 Greenwich Meridian Time (‘Promotional Period’). The Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Free Prize Draw.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Free Prize Draw, you must:

    i) Visit the URL www.dreammorning.com

    ii) Agree to install the App on your Facebook page

    iii) Use the Dream Morning Generator by clicking to spin the choices

    iv) Review your choice

    v) Submit your choice

There is no limit to the number of entries that one person may make. Mechanical reproductions or use of automatic devices is strictly prohibited. All entries must be received by the times and dates listed in 2. above. Only entries received by the Sponsor during the Promotional Period will be accepted. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, omission, theft, tampering, destruction, or alteration of entries. Sponsor shall not be responsible for human failures or malfunctions of any kind, whether originating with participant, Sponsor, or otherwise, that may limit entrant’s ability to participate in the Free Prize Draw, including, without limitation, entries received late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, garbled or illegible. The submission of entries within the allotted time shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS/E-MAILS

While entering the Free Prize Draw you may be asked to consent to receive promotional materials, and/or emails from the Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional materials and/or emails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Free Prize Draw. In the event you do consent to receive emails, the use of such emails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor.

5. PRIZES

There will be a total of thirty-seven (37) Lumie Bodyclock Active prizes awarded during the Promotional Period, and one (1) Dream Morning prize. The Dream Morning includes travel for entrant and their chosen friend from UK mainland to destination of choice, staying overnight in accommodation closest to entrant’s selection, breakfast closest to entrant’s selection, providing materials for the entrant’s theme selection, and an activity closest to entrant’s selection. The Sponsor will endeavour to match the winning entrant’s selection as closely as possible. The Sponsor’s decision is final. One (1) prize per winner. Each Prize is non-transferable, and not for re-sale. The Sponsor will make arrangements for the fulfillment of each Prize. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed.

6. WINNERS SELECTION

    i.The one (1) Dream Morning winner will be determined 7 days after the close of the Free Prize Draw. The winner of the prizes will be decided by a series of random, computer-generated selections from the entries received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email within 48 hours of the selection. If the potential winner does not respond within 10 days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place from all eligible entries received. Sponsor decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    ii. The thirty-seven (37) Lumie Bodyclock Active winners will be determined at regular intervals of the Sponsor’s choosing during the Promotion Period. The winner of the prizes will be decided by a series of random, computer-generated selections from the entries received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email within 48 hours of the selection. If the potential winner does not respond within 5 days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor will select and alternate potential winner in his/her place from all eligible entries received. Sponsor decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

In the event that the operation, security or administration of this Free Prize Draw is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, tampering or other technical problems, that may cause the Free Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either:

    i. Cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Free Prize Draw to address the impairment and then resume the Free Prize Draw in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or

    ii. Award the unclaimed prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsor to use each entrant’s name, hometown, biography, photographic and artistic likeness, voice and prize won, for advertising, trade, promotion and/or publicity purposes in any media throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrants if any such entrant fails to execute any required paperwork, does not have required travel documents (for example a valid Passport) or engages in any activity which offends the public morals, embarrasses the Sponsor or violates the law of any jurisdiction.

By entering and participating in the Free Prize Draw, you agree:

    i. To abide and be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor and represent and warrant that all information provided by you in connection with the Free Prize Draw is true, accurate and complete as of the date of entry, and

    ii. The Sponsor has not made any warranty or guarantee in whole or in part in relation to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or suitability for use, and

    iii. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and/or deem ineligible any entrant they suspect to be in violation of, or have failed to agree to, these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive or dishonest manner.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will the Sponsor or any of its parent, affiliate, subsidiary or related companies, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (‘Sponsor Entities’) be responsible or liable for any claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including lawyer/attorney fees or any healthcare fees) of any kind, including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of your participation in any prize-related activities, and you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor Entities from any such claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses. Without limiting the foregoing, the Free Prize Draw and all prizes and materials in connected with the Free Prize Draw are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW

Except as prohibited, any disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, the United Kingdom. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
