Bodyclock CLASSIC 150

• Bodyclock Classic is an alarm clock that wakes you naturally with a gradually brightening 30-minute sunrise.

• The light is a signal for your body to ease off production of sleep hormones (e.g. melatonin) and increase levels of those that help you get up and go (e.g. cortisol).

• Bodyclcok Classic has an AM/FM radio so you can start the day with your favorite station after waking to a sunrise.

• There's an optional alarm beep - just in case you're not convinced - but most people turn this off after a few days, preferring to wake up to the light on its own.

• As well as providing you with dimmable bedside lighting, Bodyclock Classic has a 30-minute sunset that works in the oppposite way to the sunrise, helping you to naturally wind down ready for bed.

FREE delivery

If it's going to an address in mainland UK or Northern Ireland then we'll take care of the delivery costs.

All light therapy products are sent by courier on a standard service (delivery within three working days). We'll email to let you know when it's on the way and include tracking information. Small items like bulbs are sent using Royal Mail First Class post.

If we receive your order during office hours it will usually be dispatched the same day,maybe the next working day if we're busy, so please allow four working days for your order to arrive.

Need it fast?

Choose Express Delivery when you checkout and pay £6 for courier delivery the next working day.

If we receive your order during office hours it will leave the same day and be with you the next working day; please don't leave it until late in the day to order as our couriers usually collect around 4pm. If you really do need it quickly and want to be sure, it's best to give us a ring.

These delivery times apply to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to some areas such as the islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Disclaimer: Once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse the courier - not Lumie - is responsible for getting it to you within the stated time. Please be aware that during busy periods, like Christmas, they may not always be able to deliver when they say they will!

Returns and our 30-day Home Trial

Our 30-day Home Trial  gives you the chance to try Bodyclock CLASSIC for yourself and make sure that it's right for you. This is one of the big advantages of buying direct from Lumie.

• 30-day Home Trial is available in the UK only.
• If at any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery you decide to return something, please contact us first.
• If a unit is returned scratched or damaged we will tell you what the problem is and may have to charge for any repair at a cost of £20/hour plus materials. We will not charge for minor problems.
• The unit should be returned in its original packing if possible.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Most people notice an improvement in their symptoms after just a few days, so please give us a call if you feel that Bodyclock CLASSIC isn't having an effect and we'll try to help. It is your responsibility to pay for and return it - we recommend Recorded Delivery to be on the safe side. As soon as we receive it we will refund your money less a £10 re-stocking fee. We do not refund express delivery charges.

Cancellation

By law, you also have a 'cooling-off' period, the right to cancel any purchase and receive a full refund by e-mailing or writing to us up to seven working days the day after you receive it. To return any item, please send it securely - the original packaging is best if you have it - to our usual address. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

I love this wake up light. I am not a morning person and this wake up light wakes me up slowly and puts me in a better mood, definitely worth the money, I would recommend.

This is good when it works, but quite cheaply made. I had about a year of use from it, but now does not work even after changing the bulb.

I love this product. Couldn't get through a Scottish winter without it. I was also surprised how reasonable the replacement bulbs were.

Makes waking up in winter so much easier. Now I wake up feeling energized. Couldn't live without it! Had it for four years and still works great.

I have been given this Bodyclock as a gift and I must say that waking up in the morning has got much easier! It is much more pleasant to wake up to a gentle light than beeps of the alarm clock. I would never be without it again!

I wouldn't be without my Bodyclock Classic as the dark mornings set in. It really makes a difference to my mood and my energy levels. I would highly recommend this product and it's great if, like me, you find traditional alarms, well, alarming! Often the light alone wakes me up but the radio is a reassuring backup which means I don't worry about not waking up but nor do I worry about being woken up to a screeching buzzer!

I've been using Bodyclock Classic for several years now and I can't live without it. It is one of my absolute daily essentials to the gloomy winter mornings. I often wake up with the gradual lights alone before my backup phone alarm. The gradual dimming at night is great too, helps me to relax and sleep. Highly recommended.

I love my Lumie bodyclock classic 150. I've struggled to get out of bed on dark winter mornings in particular all my life and it's a lot easier since buying a Lumie Bodyclock. Don't know how I managed all those years without it! The radio is a great back up, though I find I often wake up with the light alone. So much nicer than waking up to the jarring sound of an alarm clock and I feel better too!

There's no doubt that my Bodyclock helps me to get out of bed in the morning during those dark winter months. Though not a substitute for sunlight, the gradual wake-up is infinitely more pleasant than the jolt of an alarm and means I'm far less likely to fall back asleep. Definitely a good investment.
