If it's going to an address in mainland UK or Northern Ireland then we'll take care of the delivery costs.

All light therapy products are sent by courier on a standard service (delivery within three working days). We'll email to let you know when it's on the way and include tracking information. Small items like bulbs are sent using Royal Mail First Class post.

If we receive your order during office hours it will usually be dispatched the same day,maybe the next working day if we're busy, so please allow four working days for your order to arrive.

Need it fast?

Choose Express Delivery when you checkout and pay £6 for courier delivery the next working day.

If we receive your order during office hours it will leave the same day and be with you the next working day; please don't leave it until late in the day to order as our couriers usually collect around 4pm. If you really do need it quickly and want to be sure, it's best to give us a ring.

These delivery times apply to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to some areas such as the islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Disclaimer: Once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse the courier - not Lumie - is responsible for getting it to you within the stated time. Please be aware that during busy periods, like Christmas, they may not always be able to deliver when they say they will!

Overseas delivery

 Returns and our 30-day Home Trial

Our 30-day Home Trial  gives you the chance to try Lumie Haylight for yourself and make sure that it's right for you. This is one of the big advantages of buying direct from Lumie.

• 30-day Home Trial is available in the UK only.
• If at any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery you decide to return something, please contact us first.
• If a unit is returned scratched or damaged we will tell you what the problem is and may have to charge for any repair at a cost of £20/hour plus materials. We will not charge for minor problems.
• The unit should be returned in its original packing if possible.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Most people notice an improvement in their symptoms within a few days, so please give us a call if you feel that Lumie Haylight isn't having an effect and we'll try to help. It is your responsibility to pay for and return it - we recommend Recorded Delivery to be on the safe side. As soon as we receive it we will refund your money less £10 admin fee. We do not refund express delivery charges.

Cancellation

By law, you also have a 'cooling-off' period, the right to cancel any purchase and receive a full refund by e-mailing or writing to us up to seven working days the day after you receive it. To return any item, please send it securely - the original packaging is best if you have it - to our usual address. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

I brought Haylight at the end of Feb as I have perennial rhinitis and a lack of sense of smell. I also get bad hayfever symptoms when I drink alcohol. So after success using the lightbox for winter blues, I thought I would give this product a go. A few weeks on, I feel the rhinitis is a little better, I can drink alcohol with less of a reaction, but my nasal lining is still swollen and I am still hoping for my sense of smell to return. I am remaining positive about this product, but not 100% convinced yet. I will update my review in a couple of months.

I'd hoped that this would be the answer to hayfever symptoms. I have used this 3 weeks now & notice a very very slight improvement after each use but hayfever remains a problem eg Bouts of sneezing,runny nose,itchy throat & itchy puffy red eyes.Have had to go back to using antihistamine tablets/eye drops.I imported this product as I live in NZ originally from the uk. I feel disappointed. I hope Lumie can offer some help in this matter :/ Amanda

I wasn't sure if this would help with my perennial rhinitis but decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. Immediately I could use less of my prescription nasal spray because my nose was less stuffy. It hasn't cured my rhinitis (that would be an unreasonable and unrealistic expectation) but it has certainly helped. And over the months I've been using it and my resultant reduction in use of my nasal sprays, it's probably paid for itself.
