If it's going to an address in mainland UK or Northern Ireland then we'll take care of the delivery costs.

All light therapy products are sent by courier on a standard service (delivery within three working days). We'll email to let you know when it's on the way and include tracking information. Small items like bulbs are sent using Royal Mail First Class post.

If we receive your order during office hours it will usually be dispatched the same day,maybe the next working day if we're busy, so please allow four working days for your order to arrive.

Our 30-day Home Trial  gives you the chance to try Bodyclock ADVANCED for yourself and make sure that it's right for you. This is one of the big advantages of buying direct from Lumie.

• 30-day Home Trial is available in the UK only.
• If at any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery you decide to return something, please contact us first.
• If a unit is returned scratched or damaged we will tell you what the problem is and may have to charge for any repair at a cost of £20/hour plus materials. We will not charge for minor problems.
• The unit should be returned in its original packing if possible.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Most people notice an improvement in their symptoms after just a few days, so please give us a call if you feel that Bodyclock ADVANCED isn't having an effect and we'll try to help. It is your responsibility to pay for and return it - we recommend Recorded Delivery to be on the safe side. As soon as we receive it we will refund your money less a £10 re-stocking fee. We do not refund express delivery charges.

Cancellation

By law, you also have a 'cooling-off' period, the right to cancel any purchase and receive a full refund by e-mailing or writing to us up to seven working days the day after you receive it. To return any item, please send it securely - the original packaging is best if you have it - to our usual address. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

This is the first year I have not suffered from SAD. Not only do you wake to light but the 'white noise' option when you go to sleep is fantastic, no longer does your mind whizz with the days activities as you listen to what sounds like the sea. I bought a refurbished one and will be buying more for my son and my mother I am so impressed with the product.

I have two of these lights, and have recommended them to others. I have had them for over 4 years, and I haven't had to change a bulb or anything else. They are brilliant, a gentle awakening, and a back up just in case. I love them! CPD Nov 9 2011

Brillian Product... not so brillian customer service... I love this light! Had one for 4 years plus bought one for my 2-year old as well (the smaller version). However - hecently had to buy a second wake up light (old one was too old and suffered when spilled a lot of coffee in it, twice...). Received the light and had the glass covered broken and a loose part inside, called Lumie, and sent me a second light... with glass broken again! then finally after 3 attempts got a good glass covered. I was very tempted to give up and ask for a refund, but decided to wait as I really like the light.

Lumie do the THE best wake up lights, and the gentle dawn is such a pleasant start to the day. Has a back up optional beep. Well designed so looks great in the bedroom, and can be used as a normal lamp so spacesaver as well.

I bought a Bodyclock ADVANCED 200 nearly 10 years ago and I haven't looked back. Bleak Winter mornings aren't quite as awful with your own personalised sunshine waking you up naturally. I swear by it - all we need now is a travel version too please! On the one occasion that a fuse blew (it lasted nearly 9 years of continual use before this happened mind you) Lumie's customer service was exemplary and replaced my Lumie Advanced. I don't suffer from SAD, but I do find it incredibly hard to get up in the morning without my marvellous clock... cannot recommend enough :)

I have had a Bodyclock ADVANCED 200 for a couple of years now and my wife and I find it amazing. We use both the sleep and wake up functions. Since we have had the bulb has gone and when this happened we noticed such a difference in our ability to get up in the morning, feeling so much more groggy when the alarm went off. My wife also suffers from SAD and finds that this clock helps her with this too. I would, and already have many times, recommend this product not only for people who suffer from SAD but for those who just find it hard to get up in the morning.

Excellent service - got replacement glass cover and advice. My clock helps me wake up amd makes a great nightlight for reading = the dimming feature helps if I am trying to get back to sleep. My sister now wants one of her own.

Fantastic product. A much more gentle alternative to the usual alarms going off and being ripped out of sleep. You wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day. Light is great for reading just before sleep and the white noise stops the brain cells whirring. Highly recommend this product (and have several times) especially for the winter months ahead.

It's wasn't until we were halfway around the world we realised just how much we have come to rely on the bodyclock for waking us up in the morning. It's also a godsend for helping you get to sleep, all you need to do is switch the white noise filter to fade for a few minutes and you gone by the time it's fully faded. I'd say the white noise filter is most useful thing about the clock.

I love waking up now; it's a gradual process and not a horrible shock. I wish I'd bought one a long time ago and I've recommended it to several people already. I no longer dread the dark mornings half as much as I did. I have noticed the clock gains time, but better than losing it! The display is also quite bright at night. Lumie impressed me with their after sales service though, when my light arrived with a broken globe they dispatched a new one which arrived the next day.

I bought this light over a year ago. It still works a treat. It helps us drift off to sleep easily and the kindest wake up alarm I have ever had. It looks good too. The lamp shade does get quite hot if used as a reading light.

I've had this for approximately five years now and it has been great. As I have had three babies during this time it has also been very good in the middle of night whilst nursing as a dim light. The button has recently broken which is a shame but it has been excellent for a number of years

My husband hates this clock, but I think its brilliant. I think his issue is having to set a clock at all (he doesn't need it but I sure do), and it gets quite bright when it comes up to full light.

I hated getting out of bed in winter but this has changed all that.Bought for my wife who gets sad and is a great benefit for me too who just hates getting out of bed.I smashed the glass cover and thought i would have to buy a new lamp but NO!! Lumie offer very reasonably priced spares. Well done Lumie.

I love this clock. I got my first one last year as the mornings were so dark. I suffer from severe SAD, it really helps me get out of bed. I know actually have two clocks, one on my bedside table and the other one at the end of my bed. I got the 2nd one as my husband complained he couldn't see the light over my pillows so he wasn't getting the full benefit. Having the one at the end of the bed really helps disperse the light all around the room. I wouldn't survive getting up to go to work without my bodyclock!!!

Since I have had this clock I've never even heard the alarm, the light always wakes me up. The fade feature is great to go to sleep to, and easy to override if you need to carry on reading. The security function is an added bonus for when you are going away as the patterns are random. The reason I am knocking this down a star is because my clock gains approximately one minute per week. If this clock wasn't such a good all-rounder, this would be a fatal flaw ... it's a clock after all, what's the point in a clock if it can't keep time properly. However, I have now learnt to live with this fault and am even glad of that extra minute I gain each week, how bizarre! In short, I've had this clock for years now and couldn't imagine waking up any other way (apart from ...).

Great way to wake up,especially on those dark mornings. Easy to use and set up. The only downside I have found is that the clock tends to gain time quite quickly and so needs resetting about once every 8 weeks, otherwise you get woken up earlier and earlier!But I wouldn't be without it...

I am now in the 5th year of using my Lumie and wouldnt dream of ever having a different alarm. I love all the features (though the white noise isnt quite white enough) and in this time i have only had to replace the bulb once. My only criticism is that it can buzz a bit when it gets warm.

Lovely to both wake up to, and fall asleep to. Downside is that it does buzz slightly, so may disturb very sensitive people if it's right near your pillow, and the 'white' noise isn't white enough, so more distracting than useful. It malfunctioned when the bulb first blew, and had to be replaced, but fortunately was within warranty period, and staff were polite, helpful, and replaced it promptly with no problem.

I have used my lumie wake up light for about 10 years adn wouldn't be without it. It's especially helpful when I have to catch a very early train or plane. When I moved house the glass dome cracked and Lumie replaced this very quickly for me at minimal cost - THANK YOU!

I enjoyed what I got to use of this product before the bulb blew and the whole unit stopped working. A quick search on Google showed this is a common problem. Not good, Lumie.

Highly recommended - it genuinely works and makes those winter mornings just a little more bearable. I would also recommend it as a dimmable nightlight if you have a baby that needs feeding in the night!

I have had this product for some time now and can't recommend it highly enough. I am much more rested and always wake up naturally before the alarm goes off. It's great on dark mornings. No more thinking I'm getting up in the middle of the night!

Bought this direct from Lumie. The first one I received the light didn't work. Full marks to customer services who helpfully replaced it. Second light is either temperamental or I haven't really worked out how to use it properly The light comes on suddenly - no gentle sunrise.Sometimes it switches off automatically and sometimes it doesn't. One morning it switched off then an hour later switched on again. I gave up with it over the summer and trying again now we have dark mornings. This time the automatic switch on/off seems to work.

A great clock and a good light to wake up to slowly- has certainly helped in the mornings! Ordered replacement bulb cover as I dropped a book on mine, Lumie replaced within 3 days - superb! Only disadvantage is it takes up a fair bit of surface space

I've had this clock for 6 years and cannot fault it. I used to find it difficult to wake up in the winter - but the body clock has put a stop to that. I do use it in combination with the audible alarm - just in case - but I do believe that I would wake up even without. I have only just had to buy a replacement bulb. The only negatives are that the clock is a little bulky for the bedside table and that4539780712096105 after a few years the power lead came loose so I replaced it with a £2 one from Amazon.

Good lamp with dimming and waking function. It helps you wake up in the winter months and also makes a useful night light as you can adjust the settings and also program it to dim down within a specified time period.

I work shifts, so there are times when I have to wake up very early in the morning. The light does help me wake up a lot more peacefully, no sudden alarms/buzzers etc. Highly recommended (especially around winter time).

I bought the bodyclock 200 a month ago to try and pre-empt the difficulties I have waking up in winter. So far, mornings have been reasonably easy, and I've felt far less groggy first thing than before using the wake-up light. I've recommended it to friends, and would definitely buy one again. It's easier to use than the Phillips light I tried last year, and feels ok quality.

Very well manufactured and not cheap-looking plastic like other light alarms on the market. Also has a good selection of modes/options. I'd strongly recommend this model and was worth paying the extra money for the model upgrade. Already curing our winter blues!

Excellent product. Whilst I don't need to use it to get off to sleep, I do feel more rested when woken up by it. Interestingly, I think think that by restoring your internal body clock you can make yourself wake up at a predetermined time. I thought the spare bulb and cover was reasonably priced and promptly delivered.

Love this clock!I've never tried any kind of light therapy for my winter blues, but with this I find myself waking up shortly before the light reaches full brightness,well rested and not a bit groggy. In the few months I've used it the buzzer hasn't been necessary once.

High quality build and work both as a gentle way to get to sleep and to awake. There is a slightly annoying mains hum from the clock all the time and when the room is dark, it can (for those with sensitive hearing) be annoying...but once I am sleeping I don't hear it. Service from Lumie has been good and the clock was well packaged on delivery. Comes with a 2 year warranty too so will last well. The clock is not overly accurate (seems a cheap digital add in) so needs reset after a while, and I've had it less than a month.

I do love this clock, a much gentler way to wake up. I have two of them over the years, but have had problems with the buttons, they have actually broken off and fallen inside the casing, impossible to get out and now I have to poke a pencil inside to change the settings!

Almost a perfect product, does exactly what it says on the box and really helps with getting up in the morning. The only gripes I have with day to day operation are the horrible alarm sound and that the light turns off after the wake-up period, so during winter sometimes I half wake up then fall asleep again (so I have to use the horrible alarm as a backup). The other major problem was that when the first bulb blew, it blew the internal fuse (the one inside the lamp, not the one in the plug) so it wouldn't even show the time anymore. It was out of warranty so Lumie said it would be £16.50 (plus the P&P to send it to them) for repair, but also happened to mention that would be the price if it was just the internal fuse that had blown... so I just bought matching fuses (10 for £2.50) and replaced it myself! Bought replacement bulbs elsewhere too since the Lumie ones don't seem to do anything special and are hugely overpriced. Overall a good product, only let down by the alarm sound and overpriced cost of bulbs/repairs.

The clock is not very accurate and needs adjusting every week. When the lamp blew it blew the circuit board but I contacted customer services posted the clock back and within a week I had it back repaired for FREE so you cant argue with that. I have had this clock just under 2 years and I really do like it. The security feature is brilliant for when I go away it randomly turns on the light at night making it look like someone is home. Luckily I don't have SAD or anything like that but I do like the sunset feature for when I go to bed and i like the sun rise feature for when I wake up. The snooze is a reasonable length.

I'm not a morning person and always have to prise myself out of bed, even in summer. Since I discovered this wonderful product, six years ago, it has changed my life. I am now a happy morning person, who wakes up with a refreshed smile on her face. It's especially good during winter and I can't recommend it enough. Only had to change the bulb once, ordered on line and Lumie sent it immediately, no problem. Well done on all fronts Lumie - first class product and service.

Love this product!! However, when the bulb blew it did stop the whole thing from working...but made a phonecall to Lumie who advised me to return the base unit to them, and they had it repaired and returned to me within a week (mine was still under warranty so repair done at no cost!!). Fab product, fab service!! Would have given 5/5 if it hadn't stopped working when the bulb blew!!
