• Bodyclock Advanced is an alarm clock that wakes you naturally, with a sunrise that gradually brightens over 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes; choose the one that suits you.

FREE delivery

If it's going to an address in mainland UK or Northern Ireland then we'll take care of the delivery costs.

All light therapy products are sent by courier on a standard service (delivery within three working days). We'll email to let you know when it's on the way and include tracking information. Small items like bulbs are sent using Royal Mail First Class post.

If we receive your order during office hours it will usually be dispatched the same day,maybe the next working day if we're busy, so please allow four working days for your order to arrive.

Need it fast?

Choose Express Delivery when you checkout and pay £6 for courier delivery the next working day.

If we receive your order during office hours it will leave the same day and be with you the next working day; please don't leave it until late in the day to order as our couriers usually collect around 4pm. If you really do need it quickly and want to be sure, it's best to give us a ring.

These delivery times apply to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to some areas such as the islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Disclaimer: Once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse the courier - not Lumie - is responsible for getting it to you within the stated time. Please be aware that during busy periods, like Christmas, they may not always be able to deliver when they say they will!

Returns and our 30-day Home Trial

Our 30-day Home Trial  gives you the chance to try Bodyclock ADVANCED for yourself and make sure that it's right for you. This is one of the big advantages of buying direct from Lumie.

• 30-day Home Trial is available in the UK only.
• If at any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery you decide to return something, please contact us first.
• If a unit is returned scratched or damaged we will tell you what the problem is and may have to charge for any repair at a cost of £20/hour plus materials. We will not charge for minor problems.
• The unit should be returned in its original packing if possible.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Most people notice an improvement in their symptoms after just a few days, so please give us a call if you feel that Bodyclock ADVANCED isn't having an effect and we'll try to help. It is your responsibility to pay for and return it - we recommend Recorded Delivery to be on the safe side. As soon as we receive it we will refund your money less a £10 re-stocking fee. We do not refund express delivery charges.

Cancellation

By law, you also have a 'cooling-off' period, the right to cancel any purchase and receive a full refund by e-mailing or writing to us up to seven working days the day after you receive it. To return any item, please send it securely - the original packaging is best if you have it - to our usual address. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

I've used one of these for years and wouldn't, couldn't, be without it. The night-time dimmer is a wonderful aid to sleep especially if you enjoy reading in bed - I invariably find myself nodding off within the down light time, and waking up naturally is very stress-free - I never have to use an alarm. I agree that their repair service is excellent - it's rare these days to be able to repair anything! But I only needed one repair after about five or six years and that must have been five years ago or more. I thoroughly recommend this light. Try one, you won't be disappointed.

Used all thru those dark and dingy moments in our main bedroom, both myself and my wife like the timed nite lite function too. A great gift because it raise a smile on those cold winter mornings.the clocks many functions could be slightly more user friendly, but with a happy heart i would recommend this too a friend.

Wake up in a good mood rather than being jolted out of sleep by a horrible noise. My clock was replaced after a couple of weeks because it failed, but the customer service did not - very helpful and efficient. I love my clock and so does my husband because it doesn't disturb him!

Don't be put off by 'refurbished' If you're on a budget or buying for teens or the elderly it's a good investment. I could not live without my lumie clock, especially in winter. I wake before the alarm because of the light and it is a much better, more natural way to wake up. Lumie also do a very efficient repair service.
