This light is a game-changer

Personally, I find it so unpleasant getting up when it's dark. And I always begrudge it when I inevitably break the early wake up routine I've built over the summer. This is where Lumie Bodyclock comes in! Waking up with the gradual sunrise really does feel very natural and each morning I've woken up feeling much calmer than when I've previously just set an alarm. No more of that jolting awake feeling.
