Drawing attention to jet lag
Icelandair asked 1,000 travellers in the US how they beat jet lag and created a great infographic on the subject so we thought we'd share it.
It includes lots of tips for you to try and the 'Expert Advice' section recommends appropriately timed light therapy: "The most effective way to minimise jet lag is to regulate your light exposure. If possible, start shifting your sleep 30minutes - 1hour per day in the few days before you fly." This echoes the advice of chronobiologist Prof. Vikki Revell, who helped develop the Lumie Jet Lag Optimiser - use it to plan your next trip and wave goodbye to jet lag!
