Bright light can lift your mood, boost alertness and help you to feel more energised and is the natural way to improve your general well-being. Make up for a lack of sunshine with a daily dose of light therapy from Vitamin L Pro.
Vitamin L Pro was adapted from our best-selling Vitamin L energy light and developed with health professionals to provide light therapy in a hospital setting; attached to a drip-stand, it's being used to improve sleep and circadian activity in long-term patients.
Outside hospital, the addition of a ball-joint clamp allows you to securely attach Vitamin L Pro to a bar at just the right height and angle. The clamp doubles as a stand so you can still use it in the usual way, on a flat surface in portrait or landscape position.
Around 30 minutes in front of Vitamin L Pro will wake you up and recharge your batteries. The portable 'tablet' design and versatile positioning mean you can get your daily dose of light therapy at home, at the office, wherever suits you (mains powered).
Using Vitamin L Pro every day over the autumn and winter will make a big difference to winter blues and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) symptoms such as tiredness, over-eating and a lack of energy and motivation.
If you don't need a clamp, take a look at the original Vitamin L.
