Our 45-day trial allows you to do exactly that. Providing you are in the UK, when you buy a Lumie light direct from us the trial period begins the day that you receive it. If at any point you wish to return the light, call us to let us know, send the product back, and we will refund your money (details below).
Tip: Remember to keep the packaging and always call the Lumie Careline first if you wish to return a product; we like to learn from each customer’s use of our products and can advise on the best way to return them.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning your light during the trial

- We supply a pre-paid postage bag
- Return in original packaging if possible
- We give you a full refund as soon as we receive the product
All Bodyclock and Clear
- It is your responsibility to return and pay for the cost of return
- Return in original packaging if possible, preferably by Recorded Delivery for safety
- We give you a refund as soon as we receive the product
We do not refund express delivery charges. If a unit is returned scratched or damaged we may have to charge for any repair at a cost of £20/hour plus materials. We will always tell you what the problem is first and do not charge for minor problems.
