Do I need to have made a purchase in order to start referring?
No, you're not required to have made a purchase from Lumie.com in order to be able to to refer your friends and be rewarded.
What if another referrer has the same name as me?
In the event that another person with the same name as you is also registered to refer Lumie to their friends, we will use your email address to match the referral to you and ensure you get your reward.
How do the referral rewards work? Can I earn multiple rewards?
You can absolutely earn multiple referral rewards! We want you to be able to recommend Lumie to as many of your friends as possible, however there are a couple of conditions ...
Rewards must be used within 3 months of being earned.
Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes on a single order.

How will I know when I've earned rewards?
You'll be notified by email when one of your referred friends makes a purchase and a reward has been earned. Rewards will be delivered 45 days after your friend's purchase (after their 45 day trial period) provided their order is not cancelled.
Are there any conditions for referred friends?
Yes, you must be over the age of 18 and a new customer. The reward must be used within 7 days of issue and cannot be combined with any other discounts on a single order.

If I get referred by more than one person can I get 10% off multiple orders?
No. The 10% referral is only applicable on your first order but you can then register to refer your own friends and enjoy rewards that way!
