Outside the UK
We currently ship to all Europe (EU and non-EU), Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Africa - please read delivery and returns info before ordering.
Alternatively, you may be able to order from one of our overseas Lumie suppliers.
Ways to pay
Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB cards. You can also pay by PayPal. You will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Cheque: Please make cheques payable to Outside In (Cambridge) Ltd.
Cash: If you’re collecting something in person then we can also accept cash payments. No cash in the post please.
Instalments: We can arrange for you to spread the cost over three instalments. Phone the Lumie Careline 01954 780500 for more information.
If you have a disability or long-term illness, you don’t have to pay VAT on certain products that are of practical help and are for personal or domestic use. SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is a condition that qualifies for VAT relief.
In order to claim the relief and purchase certain products VAT-free, you must complete the short VAT Relief Declaration in one of the following ways:
- for web orders, select the VAT-free option on the product page
- for telephone orders, you will need to sign and return the declaration form that comes with your product
When you complete this form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and that you are claiming relief from Value Added Tax under Group 12 of Schedule 8 to the Value Added Tax Act of 1994.
If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods zero-rated for VAT please give us a ring on 01954 780500. Please note there are penalties for making false declarations. You can claim VAT relief in the same way if you are buying a product on behalf of someone else who meets the criteria above.
Our prices, delivery charges and the availability of stock are published on this website. The price and delivery charges payable are those in force at the time of your order. We may change our prices and charges from time to time. We will inform you if our actual prices and charges are different from those stated on your order form. If the prices and charges are higher than on your order form, you may cancel your order. If the prices and charges are lower than on your order form, we will charge you the lower prices and charges.
Lumie may refuse to accept or execute any order or request transmitted by you, without giving any reason.
We reserve the right to obtain validation of any credit or debit card details before accepting any order.
