These Conditions constitute the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you and us. No other terms, conditions, or understanding, whether oral or written, shall be binding upon us, unless hereafter made in writing and signed by our authorized representative and, in the case of printed matter, also initialed by such representative next to such printed term or condition.

You can order by shopping on this Website by adding the product(s) of choice to your shopping basket. Once you have added everything you need to your shopping basket and clicked ‘checkout’, you’ll need to fill in all of the required information to proceed. When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and product availability. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, or no reason at all, in our sole discretion.
Once you click on ‘place your order’ or ‘continue to PayPal’ your order is final. This means you will have to pay the purchase price. If any of the scenarios for non-acceptance apply (see next paragraph), Lumie LLC may reject or cancel your order in which case we will refund any payment you have made.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address given in your order form. The confirmation email will detail products ordered, payment method, cost, and usual delivery times. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. Please note that no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and lumie.com until we accept your order by shipping the product to you. The shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form.
We reserve the right to obtain validation of any credit or debit card details before accepting any order and the right to cancel your order and refund your payment (where applicable) if:
The weights, dimensions, capacities, performance ratings, characteristics and other data displayed on the Website, or any other materials, are mentioned only as general information. They are only approximate and shall not bind us.
Our prices, delivery charges and the availability of stock are published on the Website. Prices (value and currency) are dependent on the shipping destination you choose. The method and agency of transportation and routing will be designated by us. In the event you request alternative shipment or routing, the resulting alternative packing, shipping and transportation charges will be for your account.
Prices are subject to change at any time. We will inform you if our actual prices and charges are different from those stated on your order form. If we are unable to contact you for any reason, we will treat the order as confirmed.
The price of a product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the country you are shipping to. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable by you depending on the local laws of the jurisdiction of delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for this and it is your duty to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred jurisdiction before placing an order with us.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or canceling your order. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect price.
Payment should be made in local currency where this is an option available to you on the Website. The exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may also charge you an additional administration fee. We offer various ways for you to pay for your order: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
For orders from the US, we offer STANDARD DELIVERY only via UPS SurePost. You should expect to receive your parcel within 2-8 working days. Delivery cost on all orders from the US is $5. Please note that taxes, or any other charges are not included in the price of the product or postage. Any specific shipping date designated on the Website shall be interpreted as estimated and in no event shall dates be construed as falling within the meaning of “time is of the essence”. We shall not be responsible for any delays in filling orders, nor shall it be liable for any loss or damages resulting from such delays regardless of whether such delays are due to force majeure or otherwise.
Under no circumstances you will be entitled to any damages for our failure to ship on time, and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against any costs and expenses related to any claims for lost profits or other consequential damages based on our failure to deliver timely.

As we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, we are unable to change it in most cases. Please contact us ASAP on info@lumie.com with your request. We will try our best to adjust this for you, however in most cases you’ll need to return the order to us after receiving it, at your own expense. We will make the reimbursement within five to ten (5 to 10) working days using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Please note we reserve the right to deduct sums for any deterioration in the product caused by you, whether it is intentional or not.

If your product appears faulty, please email our Customer Care Team at info@lumie.com and let us know about the fault you’re experiencing. We will make our best efforts to respond within two (2) working days.
You are responsible for returning the faulty products to Lumie LLC (unless otherwise notified by Lumie LLC to you). Freight and insurance shall be prepaid by you and Lumie LLC accepts no risk in respect of products which are being returned.
If you are returning a defective product under the Warranty, we will repair or replace (with either new or factory refurbished products) any defective product. Lumie LLC shall inspect the returned product and Lumie LLC’s decision on whether the product is faulty or defective shall be final. We aim to ship your repaired or replacement product(s) within five to ten (5 to 10) working days from the day we receive the faulty product(s).

To return a product, log your return request by emailing our Customer Care Team at info@lumie.com. You will receive written confirmation of the receipt of your return request within two (2) working days. Included will be the details on how to return your product(s), and, if applicable, a free returns label will be provided to you.
Please note we may not be able to supply a free returns label in some instances. These include, but are not limited to:
a) the product(s) logged on the return request require(s) shipping from a country outside of the Lumie LLC Service Region
b) the product(s) was (were) purchased more than six (6) months before logging the return request.
If you are returning a product(s) for which we were unable to supply a free returns label, the product(s) must then be returned to us securely in the original packaging to one of the following addresses:

In this instance, it is your responsibility to pay for the return, preferably by Recorded Delivery for safety. We shall accept no risk in respect of products which are being returned.
Where applicable, we'll give you a full refund as soon as we receive and process your return. Unless otherwise notified by Lumie LLC, you should expect to see a credit to your account within five to ten (5 to 10) working days.
All intellectual property rights to, ownership of, and interest in all products, trademarks, trade names, logos, distinctive marks, designs, and other materials created and/or made available by Outside In (Cambridge) Ltd. hereunder or within the framework of the relationship between you and us (the “Intellectual Property”) are vested exclusively in Outside In (Cambridge) Ltd. You shall not reproduce, modify, transfer, grant, assign, license or use the Intellectual Property, except in accordance with these Conditions.
You shall not remove or alter indications concerning intellectual property rights and concerning the confidential nature of information from products, services, programs, works, distinctive marks, inventions, designs, models and other materials created and/or made available by us and products delivered.
We make no warranty concerning the appropriateness of the products to the purposes for which you are acquiring same. Moreover, we make no warranty that the products or other intellectual property owned by Outside In (Cambridge) Ltd. does not infringe the rights of third parties.
These Conditions and all transactions between you and us are governed by the laws of the State of Florida in the United States, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Conditions, which is not resolved by negotiation between you and us, you and us hereby agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Florida.
Should any provision of these Conditions be judicially declared unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed stricken and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect insofar as it remains a workable instrument for effectuating the intents and purposes of you and us. You and us further agree to renegotiate any so severed provision to bring the same within applicable legal requirements to the greatest extent possible.

However, there may be occasions when information contained on our site may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. We do not warrant that the information accessible via this Website is accurate, complete, or current. Any errors are unintentional, and we apologize if any information on the site is inaccurate. Our liability with respect to the products sold to you shall be limited to the warranty provided on our Website. Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the contract between you and us shall be limited to the price paid for the products.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below.
An "Event Outside Our Control" means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but without limitation to, adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood, storms), strikes or industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat or consequences of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, road traffic accidents and road closures.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you.
